Useful informationCar rental rates of hire will vary according to the supplier, the location, the season and the period of rental. Please be aware that, where multiple rental locations are listed (as we have negotiated car hire rates with a large number of car rental suppliers around the world), the best rate for your car rental hire may not coincide with the most ideal car hire location listed here. Car rental locations are listed by country, location and then rental depot address. In some cases, one location (eg. London Heathrow Apt, United Kingdom) may be served by several car rental suppliers with whom we have negotiated deals that offer you the best car rental rates. Each of those suppliers' car rental depots will be listed however each supplier will offer slightly different deals for your period of hire. You will be advised of all available deals on your proposed period car hire as you go through our simple, no obligation car rental quotation builder. Obviously, where only one supplier serves a particular location, you will be given their best artes for the period of your car rental. Car rental rates are subject to variation in certain seasons of the year. Your car rental hire rate will be calculated from the date that you give for collection and over the specified period of rental. Should you wish time to consider the quotation we generate on your behalf rates quoted here can generally be guaranteed for 7 days - you have the option of requesting your quotation is emailed to you and can then rturn to us to confirm or modify that quotation. Should you wish accept the quotation generated here whilst you are on line, the rental rate will be fixed, a provisional reervation made with our partners and the subsequent confirmation forwarded to you, usually within 4 working hours. The confirmed rate is what you will pay when collecting your rental car. Car rental rates of hire vary depending upon the duration of your rental. A one day car rental will obviously be much more expensive, per day, than a car rental spanning a number of weeks. Should you place a reservation for car rental but then subsequently have to change the dates of collection and / or return, the rate for your car rental will be recalculated foryou. Having started your car rental, you can still alter the duration by simply calling or emailing us a Worldwide Reservations - we will be happy to make the necessary amendments and advise of the revised rate for your car rental. |
