Q: Can I collect or return a vehicle outside of normal opening hours ?
A: On collection at Airport locations this is a possibility but needs to be arranged at least 7 working days in advance. It will all accrue an additional cost, usually around GB(£) 45.00. Cars can usually be returned to airport locations outside opening hours by the leaving of the keys in a “Return Box”, no ability to have the vehicle checked for damage is available in this scenario and confirmation of the ability of this service should be confirmed at the point of collecting the vehicle. Cars can not be collected from or returned to downtown locations outside normal opening hours |
Q: Can I travel outside the country I rented the vehicle from ?
A: The “Terms & Conditions” on the home page of the web site will lay out the criteria for each supplier and also whether a charge is made |
Q: What happens if I return the car early ?
A: You will only be charged for the number of days you have the car, but remember the longer you keep a vehicle the cheaper the daily rate is (up to 21 days when it remains the same). There are break points at 7, 14 and 21 days so in some circumstances a 6 day rental is more expensive than a 7 day rental. |
Q: How can I pay ?
A: Outside the UK all of our suppliers only accept payment by credit card (excluding Visa Electron). In the UK some also accept debit cards (check through the “Terms & Conditions” link from the home page), no suppliers accept cash or cheques. |
Q: What happens if the supplier charges me the wrong amount ?
A: Just e-mail the details immediately to customerservices@wwideres.co.uk we will immediately contact the supplier and handle the problem for you, do not contact the supplier direct. |
